Our management services include residential and
commercial properties.
We offer extended office hours for the convenience of the Tenants and Owners.
Our services include:
- Timely and thorough screening of Tenants, preparation and execution of Tenancy
Agreements;
- Preparation and promulgation of building regulations, fire safety records, property
rules and policies;
- Regular on-site inspection by Senior Management;
- Direct 24 hour emergency service;
- Receiving and handling of all necessary service and maintenance request from Tenants and
Owners;
- Preparation and distribution of all specifications for the tendering of any contracts;
- Assistance in the investigation of any structural deficiencies and preparation of
remedial action report;
- Successful collection of all rents, charges, recoveries and miscellaneous income and
securing of any rates;
- Preparation and presentation of annual operating budgets;
- Preparation and presentation of monthly/quarterly financial statements based on a chart of
accounts specifically designed for each property;
- Maintenance of a trust account which all funds for the property are deposited.
